Learn to Lift

learn TO LIFT IS WHERE WE TEACH THAT CONFIDENCE. we WILL TEACH YOU THE BASICS AND CORRECT FORM TO ALLOW You to shed the gym anxiety and build confidence in your abilities.

Taught in a small group environment (no more than 4 people per class) allowing us to give you the attention you deserve to succeed.

Our ADAPT program combines the energy of group training with the personalized attention of 1-2-1 coaching. Designed to keep you fit, strong, and healthy, ADAPT helps you improve your skills and techniques while progressing at your own pace. Our coaches provide tailored support, ensuring you get the guidance you need both during class and beyond — helping you build habits that last. It's more than just a workout; it's a community-driven program built to keep you motivated and moving forward.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM ADAPT GROUP TRAINING

  • An ever changing program to keep you progressing and challenged over weeks , months and years. Each training focus last for 8 - 12 weeks.

For experienced gym-goers looking for a fresh challenge, our Online Training Program offers dynamic, ever-changing workouts designed to push your limits. This program delivers expert programming straight to your device, giving you the flexibility to train when and where it suits you. With challenging workouts and ongoing support from our coaches, you'll stay engaged, motivated, and consistently progressing toward your goals.
